Generally, each tins are packed with white tissue paper and a poly-bag, into an egg crate, and 1 master carton. Each tin is packed to maximize protection.

1) Of course ! Tinplate and Aluminum is two of recycled and eco-friendly materials for packing food and food grade lacquer will be printed inside of tin box which can prevent corrosion and interaction of the tin with the food items and make it directly touch food.
By the way, we can provide some relevant certificates , include FDA, BSCI and some testing reports for food grade materials, painting or inks, like SVHC, SGS, LFGB, Intertek, ROHS, etc.
